Preheat your oven to 350F
In each oven-safe meal prep container, add 2 Tbsp of minute rice
Pour 1/4 cup of bone broth into each container over the rice
add 1/4 cups of salsa to each container, spreading evenly
Divide the corn and rinse the black beans equally among the containers, adding 1/4 cup of each
season each container with garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder to taste. Stir the ingredients to combine
Place 4oz of pre-marinated pollo asada into each container on top of rice mixture
Sprinle 1/4 cup of shredded monterey jack cheese over each container
Place containers in preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until chicken reaches temperature. Enjoy!
