Ingredients

Alfredo Sauce

  • 1 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup 2% milk
  • 1/2 tsp mixed garlic
  • salt and garlic powder to taste

For Bakes

  • 1 box oven ready lasagna noodles 3 noodles
  • 1 lb chicken cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  • 10 Tbsp shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F
  • Blend cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, minced garlic, salt, and garlic powder until smooth to create the Alfredo sauce.
  • Add a small amount of Alfredo sauce to cover the bottom of 5 oven safe meal prep containers
  • Divide 3 broken lasagna noodle pieces evenly among meal prep containers
  • Pour Alfredo sauce over noodles, ensuring they are fully coated
  • Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and distribute evenly among containers.
  • Add a quarter cup of broccoli florets to each container
  • Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the assembled ingredients, covering evenly
  • Gently stir contents of each container, being careful not to disturb the layers of noodles
  • Top each container with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
  • Place assembled containers in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes
  • Once done, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving or storing for meal prep
