Divide 3 broken lasagna noodle pieces evenly among meal prep containers
Pour Alfredo sauce over noodles, ensuring they are fully coated
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and distribute evenly among containers.
Add a quarter cup of broccoli florets to each container
Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the assembled ingredients, covering evenly
Gently stir contents of each container, being careful not to disturb the layers of noodles
Top each container with two tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Place assembled containers in the preheated oven and bake for 40 minutes
Once done, remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving or storing for meal prep
