Hi, I'm Lisa and if there's one thing I've always been passionate about, it's food. But my journey with it hasn't been easy. Struggling with obesity my entire life led me to the decision to undergo bariatric surgery, shedding 165lbs along the way. I feard that bariatric surgery would mean I'd lose my love for food. Thankfully, I soon discovered that wasn't the case. Through trial and errior, I found ways to enjoy my favorite dishes in a healthier manner. Now Im on a mission to spread my journey and inspire others to live a balanced life.
